1 Definitions

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the koi777 Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility criteria:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. koi777 maintains a strict 21+ policy in accordance with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market.
2. Residency: This Platform is designed for users located in Indonesia. By registering, you represent that you are a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not expressly prohibited by law.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under any form of legal incapacity, guardianship, or similar restriction.
4. One Account Per Person: Each individual is entitled to register only one (1) koi777 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
5. Exclusion Lists: You must not be a current or former employee of koi777 or any of its affiliated companies, nor a close family member of such an employee, unless express written consent has been granted by koi777 management.
6. Self-Exclusion: You must not have applied for, or currently be subject to, a self-exclusion period on this Platform or any partner platform under the koi777 network.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money services on koi777, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. The following conditions apply:

1. You must provide truthful, accurate, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number.
2. Any deliberate provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure without refund of deposited funds in excess of any outstanding liability owed to you.
3. koi777 may, at its discretion, require Members to complete a full KYC verification process prior to processing any withdrawal request. Required documents typically include: (a) a government-issued national identity card (KTP or equivalent); (b) proof of address dated within the last three months; and (c) a copy of the bank account or e-wallet registered to your koi777 account.
4. Accounts that remain unverified for a period exceeding ninety (90) days from the date of the first deposit may be restricted from withdrawals until verification is completed.
5. Registration constitutes your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy in their entirety.

4 Account Security

1. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. koi777 will never contact you via any channel to request your password.
2. You must notify koi777 support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised. Contact: [email protected]
3. koi777 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Member failed to implement reasonable security measures, including but not limited to the use of an easily guessable password or failure to log out on a shared device.
4. You must not share your account access with any third party. Allowing another individual to use your account — even with your knowledge and consent — is a breach of these Terms.
5. koi777 employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all sessions. However, the security of your device and network connection remains your responsibility.

5 Deposits

The following terms govern all deposit transactions on the koi777 Platform:

1. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same name as the koi777 account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to source.
2. koi777 does not charge any fees on deposit transactions. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer fees; these are beyond koi777's control.
3. Deposits are typically credited instantly. In rare cases where a deposit has not appeared within thirty (30) minutes, contact support with proof of transaction (transfer receipt or screenshot).
4. koi777 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that appears to originate from a fraudulent source or is associated with criminal activity.
5. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to change. Always check the cashier page for the most current limits.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Processing Time: All withdrawal requests submitted on verified accounts will be processed within 30 minutes during banking hours (08:00 – 20:00 WIB, Monday–Sunday). Requests submitted outside banking hours will be processed at the next available processing window.
2. KYC Verification Requirement: Before your first withdrawal, or any withdrawal exceeding Rp 10.000.000, koi777 requires completion of full KYC verification. You must upload a clear, legible copy of your national ID (KTP), proof of address, and bank account statement or e-wallet registration proof showing your name matches the account name on file.
3. Withdrawal Methods: You may only withdraw funds to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. If multiple deposit methods have been used, withdrawals will be proportionally allocated to each source unless otherwise agreed in writing by koi777 support.
4. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts with a clean transaction history.
5. Wagering Requirement on Deposits: All deposits must be wagered at least one time (1x) before they become eligible for withdrawal. This requirement exists to prevent the Platform being used as a money transfer service and is a standard anti-money-laundering measure across the global gaming industry.
6. Bonus Funds: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been completed in full. See Clause 7 for full bonus terms.
7. Fees: koi777 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees imposed by your receiving bank or e-wallet provider are beyond our control and will be deducted by that provider.
8. Cancellation: Withdrawal requests can be cancelled by the Member at any time before processing is complete. Once marked as "Completed", cancellation is not possible.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

koi777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the applicable promotion:

1. Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible Members in good standing. koi777 reserves the right to exclude specific accounts from bonus eligibility if there is evidence of prior bonus abuse or violation of these Terms.
2. Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated as "wager-free", all bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The standard wagering requirement for koi777 bonuses is 8x (bonus + deposit) for sports betting bonuses and 25x bonus for casino bonuses. Specific promotions may carry different requirements, which will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
3. Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. Standard contribution rates are as follows:
   • Slots: 100%
   • Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10%
   • Sports Betting (odds ≥1.50): 100%
   • Sports Betting (odds <1.50): 50%
   • Togel (lottery draws): 20%
   • Crash games (Aviator, etc.): 100%
4. Maximum Bet While Wagering Bonus: When an active bonus is in use, the maximum bet per spin/hand/wager is Rp 50.000 or 10% of the active bonus balance, whichever is lower. Exceeding this limit will void the bonus and any associated winnings.
5. Expiry: All bonuses expire thirty (30) days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Expired bonuses and their associated winnings will be forfeited.
6. One Bonus Per Household: Only one bonus may be active per account, household, IP address, or device at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses is a breach of these Terms.
7. Withdrawal During Active Bonus: If you request a withdrawal while a bonus is active and wagering requirements have not been met, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Your deposited funds (and any winnings derived solely from deposited funds) will remain withdrawable.
8. No Retroactive Changes: koi777 will never retroactively alter the terms of a bonus after it has been claimed and activated by a Member. The terms in force at the time of activation are the terms that govern that bonus.

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the koi777 Platform are subject to the following general betting rules:

1. Bet Acceptance: A bet is considered accepted only once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the bet appears in your account history. koi777 is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connection interruptions or device malfunctions.
2. Bet Settlement: All bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the respective governing body (e.g., EPL, La Liga, FIFA, or the relevant game provider for casino and slot outcomes). koi777's internal records and third-party data feeds are considered final.
3. Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum stake per bet is Rp 5.000. Maximum stakes vary by market and game type. The platform will display the applicable maximum stake for each selection at the time of bet placement.
4. Voided Bets: Bets may be voided in cases where the event is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours, or where a clear system error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed. Voided bets will have stakes returned to the Member's account.
5. Live Betting & In-Play Markets: Odds and markets on live events are updated in real time. koi777 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any point during a live event to recalibrate odds. Bets placed during suspension periods may be voided.
6. Mix Parlay Rules: Multi-leg accumulator bets (known locally as mix parlay) require all selections to win for the bet to be settled as a winner. If any selection is voided, that leg is removed and the parlay recalculated at reduced odds. A parlay with only one remaining leg after voids will be settled as a single bet at the remaining selection's odds.
7. Togel Draw Rules: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) bets are settled based on the official draw results published by the licensed draw operator. Results are typically available within 15 minutes of the scheduled draw time. Any disputes must be lodged within 24 hours of the draw.
8. Casino & RNG Game Rules: All slot, crash game, and RNG-based outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators independently audited for fairness. Game rules, RTP percentages, and paytables are accessible within each game's information panel.
9. Live Dealer Rules: Live casino games are governed by the rules published by the respective live dealer studio (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, etc.). In the event of a dealer error or technical fault, the studio operator's decision is final.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the koi777 Platform. Violation of any of these rules will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

1. Fraud & Identity Theft: Using false identity documents, stolen payment methods, or engaging in any form of fraudulent activity.
2. Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using the details of others.
3. Collusion & Cheating: Coordinating with other Members to manipulate outcomes, share information improperly, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
4. Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonuses through low-risk betting strategies (e.g., hedging both sides of a sports market), creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or any other pattern of play designed to extract bonus value without genuine wagering risk.
5. Arbitrage Betting: Deliberately exploiting odds discrepancies between koi777 and other platforms to guarantee risk-free profit.
6. Use of Bots or Automated Software: Employing any automated, scripted, or bot-based system to place bets or interact with the Platform.
7. Money Laundering: Using the Platform to transfer, conceal, or otherwise process funds derived from illegal activity. All suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities.
8. Abusive Behaviour Toward Staff: Using threatening, abusive, or offensive language toward koi777 customer support agents or other staff members. Members are expected to communicate respectfully at all times.
9. Chargebacks & Payment Reversals: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or e-wallet provider for a legitimate deposit that was successfully credited to your account. Such action will result in permanent account closure and potential legal action.

10 Suspension & Termination

1. koi777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Where an account is terminated for breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited. However, koi777 will not withhold funds that represent legitimate deposited money and settled winning proceeds where no fraud or abuse is evident.
3. You may close your own account at any time by contacting support. Accounts closed at the Member's request will have any remaining withdrawable balance paid out within 7 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or investigation processes.
4. Dormant accounts (no login or deposit for 365 consecutive days) may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

11 Responsible Gaming

koi777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. All Members are expected to gamble responsibly and within their personal financial means. The following tools and policies are in place:

1. 21+ Policy: The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. koi777 will permanently close any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age.

12 Limitations of Liability

2. koi777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
3. In no event shall koi777's total liability to any Member exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
4. koi777 is not responsible for losses resulting from: (a) your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials; (b) technical failures or interruptions beyond our control (including internet outages, server failures, or third-party service disruptions); (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) any event of force majeure.
5. Where required by law, koi777 will cooperate fully with regulatory or law enforcement authorities. You acknowledge that koi777 may be required to disclose account information and transaction records in response to valid legal requests.

13 Intellectual Property

1. All content on the koi777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and data compilations — is the property of koi777 or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without prior written consent from koi777.
3. The koi777 name, logo, and all related trademarks are the exclusive property of koi777. Unauthorized use of any koi777 trademark or branding is strictly prohibited.

16 Governing Law
